How to Set Up IPTV on a MAG Box: A Step-by-Step Guide

In this guide, we’ll walk you through the process of configuring IPTV on your MAG device so you can enjoy live TV channels seamlessly.

Step 1: Access the Main Menu

Once your MAG box powers on and loads, the main portal screen will appear. From there, press the “SETUP/SET” button on your remote control to enter the Settings menu.

Step 2: Open System Settings

Navigate to System Settings, then go to Servers.

Step 3: Configure Portals

Select the “Portals” option from the list.

Step 4: Enter IPTV Portal Information

• In the “Portal 1 Name” field, type: IPTV.

• In the “Portal 1 URL” field, enter the portal address given by your IPTV service provider.

⚠️ Note: You’ll need to provide your device’s MAC address to your IPTV provider beforehand. The MAC address is located on the back of your MAG box.

Step 5: Save and Configure General Settings

After entering the portal details:

1. Press OK to save the settings.

2. Press EXIT on your remote.

3. Go to the “General” section.

In the “NTP server” field, enter one of the following:

• pool.ntp.org

• us.pool.ntp.org (recommended for users in North America)

Press OK again to save these changes.

Step 6: Finalize Setup

Once all settings are configured:

• Press EXIT twice to return to the main screen.

• Restart the portal to apply the new settings.

Your MAG box is now ready to stream live IPTV channels.

The default password for accessing adult content is usually 0000, unless it has been changed manually by the user.
