Terms of Service

Please read our terms and conditions carefully before using our services.

1. Service Provision

AmbKonnect undertakes to provide access to IPTV channels from the country for which you have specifically purchased a subscription. Please be advised that the quality, availability, and functionality of channels from other countries cannot be guaranteed. Channel quality refers to clear video and audio transmission, availability denotes 99% uptime accessibility, and functionality indicates operational status without technical interruptions.

2. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

Although our services may be marketed within the European Union (EU), AmbKonnect is incorporated outside the EU and operates in accordance with the laws of our jurisdiction of incorporation. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our country of registration, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Although our services may be marketed, sold, or accessible within the European Union (EU) and to EU residents, our company is registered and operates outside the EU jurisdiction. We explicitly do not comply with EU consumer protection laws, EU data protection regulations (including GDPR in matters beyond basic data privacy), EU distance selling regulations, EU cooling-off periods, or any other EU-specific legal requirements regarding our services, refund policies, or terms of service. This agreement and all disputes arising from it are governed exclusively by the laws of our company's country of registration. EU residents who purchase our services acknowledge and accept that they are contracting with a non-EU entity and that EU consumer protection laws do not apply to this agreement. By purchasing our services as an EU resident, you explicitly waive any rights you may have under EU law that conflict with the terms of this agreement.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed at our sole discretion, contingent upon the establishment of a valid claim. Refunds are not automatically granted for service issues and are not guaranteed under any circumstances. All approved refunds shall be processed exclusively in cryptocurrency. By purchasing or renewing our services, you expressly consent to this refund policy and acknowledge that alternative refund methods are not available. Our money-back guarantee, as advertised on our website, is subject to the comprehensive refund policy outlined herein and throughout this Agreement. The following circumstances are generally deemed ineligible for refund consideration:

  • Absence of specific channels
  • Inaccurate channel content
  • Issues with Full HD (FHD) or 4K video quality
  • Problems with the Video On Demand (VOD) library
  • Temporary buffering or service interruptions
  • Electronic Program Guide (EPG) inaccuracies
  • Technical setup difficulties
  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) blocking
  • Incompatible devices or platforms
  • Network-related slow internet speeds
  • Subscription renewals

Important Note: Our VOD library is provided as a complimentary service and does not constitute grounds for refund eligibility. All refund requests must be submitted within a maximum of 30 days from the date of your initial purchase, depending on your subscription plan. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be considered under any circumstances. This time limit applies regardless of the nature of the issue or complaint. The 30-day period begins on the date of your initial purchase only, not from the date you first experience or report an issue. Please note that subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

To be eligible for a refund based on technical issues, you must provide documented proof demonstrating that:

  • The technical issue originates 100% from our service infrastructure and not from your device, internet connection, ISP, or local network configuration
  • You have opened a support ticket and worked with our support team to attempt resolution
  • The issue has remained unresolved for a minimum of 30 days from the date of your first support ticket
  • You have followed all troubleshooting steps and recommendations provided by our support team

Acceptable documentation includes screenshots, error logs, speed test results, and detailed descriptions with timestamps. Failure to provide adequate proof will result in automatic denial of the refund request. Our support team's determination of the issue's origin is final and at our sole discretion.

In addition to the refund exclusions outlined above, the following circumstances also disqualify you from receiving any refund:

  • Trial Users: If you have previously received and used a free trial of our services, you are not eligible for a refund under our money-back guarantee. By proceeding with a paid subscription after a trial, you confirm that you have tested the service and found it satisfactory.
  • Returning Customers: If you have previously purchased, subscribed to, or held an account with our services at any time in the past, you are not eligible for a refund. The money-back guarantee is available only to first-time customers who have never previously subscribed.
  • Subscription Renewals: Any subscription renewal, whether automatic or manual, is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. By renewing your subscription, you acknowledge that you have already experienced our services during your previous subscription period and are satisfied with the service quality.
  • Cryptocurrency Refund Policy: All refunds, when approved at our sole discretion, will be processed exclusively in cryptocurrency. The refund amount will be calculated in the cryptocurrency's current market value at the time of processing and will be reduced by all applicable transaction fees, blockchain network fees, and a management processing fee of 15% to cover administrative costs.

4. Reseller Credits

Credits acquired for reselling purposes are strictly non-refundable.

5. Additional Services

Supplementary services or add-ons to your subscription are non-refundable.

6. Legal Compliance

As a subscriber, you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance of our service with local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You bear full legal responsibility for any consequences arising from your use of our service.

7. Service Usage and Restrictions

Sharing of service access with third parties is expressly prohibited. The service is licensed for personal use exclusively within your household or on your personal mobile device. Access sharing includes but is not limited to credential distribution or concurrent multiple logins. Violation of this provision may result in immediate permanent account suspension.

Extra connections purchased as add-ons to your subscription are strictly intended for personal use within your immediate household only. These additional connections must not be shared with, sold to, or provided to any third party outside your household. If we detect that extra connections are being shared with others, used for commercial purposes, or distributed in any manner, your account and all associated connections will be permanently suspended immediately without any right to refund.

Our services are licensed exclusively for personal, non-commercial use within your private residence. You are strictly prohibited from using our services in any commercial setting, including but not limited to: bars, restaurants, hotels, waiting rooms, retail establishments, offices, or any public or commercial venue.

While we permit the use of VPN (Virtual Private Network) services, you must ensure that your VPN connection is set to the same country in which you reside and for which you have purchased your subscription. Using a VPN to access content from countries other than your country of residence is strictly prohibited.

Our services are NOT sold, offered, or available to residents, citizens, or individuals physically located in the United States of America (USA), Canada, or Italy. We actively block all traffic originating from IP addresses located in the USA, Canada, and Italy. Any attempt to bypass these geographic restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or any other means will result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund.

8. Account Management and Service Interruptions

AmbKonnect reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice for violations of these Terms, disrespectful conduct toward our staff, service redistribution, or any behavior deemed detrimental to our operations, reputation, or service integrity at our sole discretion.

Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in various jurisdictions may implement content blocking measures to protect copyrighted material. We have no control over ISP actions and assume no responsibility for service disruptions caused by such blocking. Service interruptions due to ISP blocking are not eligible for refunds and fall outside our money-back guarantee coverage.

9. Chargeback and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider after receiving and using our services, your account will be immediately and permanently terminated. Furthermore, you will be permanently banned from purchasing any services from us in the future. All chargebacks are considered fraudulent use of our services and will be treated as a violation of this agreement.

10. Account Security

While you may purchase multiple subscriptions for legitimate personal use, you are strictly prohibited from creating or managing multiple accounts for the purpose of reselling our services unless you are explicitly authorized by us as an official reseller.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If your account credentials are found to be leaked, published, or shared publicly on the internet, your account will be immediately and permanently suspended without any right to refund.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under this agreement if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, cyberattacks, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, server infrastructure failures, or any other technical infrastructure events beyond our control.

12. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Content Availability and Service Modifications

While we strive to maintain a comprehensive library of channels and content, we make no guarantees regarding the continued availability of any specific channel, program, movie, series, or content item. Content availability is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Changes to content availability, channel lineup, quality, or features does not constitute grounds for refund.

14. Copyright, DMCA, and Content Removal Requests

We operate as a content aggregator and do not host, store, or transmit any video content, streams, or media files on our servers. Our service functions solely as a directory or index that aggregates and organizes publicly available streaming links and channels from third-party sources on the internet.

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that any channel, stream, or content listed in our service infringes upon your copyright or intellectual property rights, you may submit a formal removal request to us. To submit a copyright infringement or DMCA takedown request, please send a detailed notice to: [email protected]

Your notice must include the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the specific channel, stream, or content in our service that you claim is infringing
  • Your contact information, including full name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

15. Promotion Abuse

Promotional offers are strictly limited to one use per customer and per account, applicable only for the initial year of service. Any customer found to be exploiting promotions by creating or maintaining multiple accounts to receive multiple discounted prices will have all associated services immediately suspended.

By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, we kindly request that you refrain from subscribing to our services.
