Select your device to view setup instructions for AmbKonnect.

Need your login details? Sign in and open Product Details for your AmbKonnect username and password.

Configure your Infomir MAG set-top box (250, 254, 322, 420, etc.) with the AmbKonnect portal. MAG devices use portal login — not Xtream Codes inside a third-party app.

AmbKonnect does not support M3U on MAG boxes. Use the portal URL below. Your MAC address must be registered on your subscription before the portal will work — check Product Details or contact support if needed.

Portal setup

  1. 1On your MAG box, go to Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals.
  2. 2Set Portal 1 name to any label (e.g. AmbKonnect).
  3. 3Set Portal 1 URL to: [Your AmbKonnect Server URL]/c
  4. 4Save settings and press OK to reboot the box.
  5. 5After reboot, the AmbKonnect portal should load automatically.
  6. 6If prompted, confirm that your box MAC address matches the one on your account.

Tips

  • •Power-cycle the MAG box (unplug for 30 seconds) if the portal does not load after saving.
  • •Do not factory-reset unless support advises — you may lose portal settings.
  • •Portal URL must end with /c: [Your AmbKonnect Server URL]/c
